FAQ & Policies

Salon 01 prides in servicing you, our loyal client, with high quality services and products. Due to the high demand of our exclusive services and team members, we have created policies to ensure every Salon 01 client receives an experience that is satisfactory and consistent. We like to think of our policies as a way to keep our team consistent in the way your services are provided and provide us with a structure for us to be on the same page. Give you the ability to seamlessly see any service provider at the times that work best for you.

Appointment policy:
Salon 01 has created a time expectancy for the duration of each and every single one of our services. Which, our certified stylists, estheticians, massage therapist, nail techs and guest services are trained to follow. Arriving late will limit the time for your services and anything beyond 15 minutes, or later, from your starting time will need to be reschedule and subject to our 50% ‘No-Show’ fee.

No-Show & Cancellations:
On average, our service providers book 2-3 weeks in advance. Due to their full schedules and high demand for their time, Salon 01 requires 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancelling day of appointment, not showing up (no-show), or rescheduling due to being more than 15 minutes late to appointment, will result in an automatic charge of 50% of the booked services amount to your credit card on file. This enables us to maintain a reliable and consistent schedule while respecting the valuable time of each and all of our clients.

We understand life is busy and sometimes hectic, as a curtesy to you we provide appointment confirmations via email, text, and phone call. However, this is not a guaranteed as our computer system may be down for maintenance, updates, or we may not have the correct/current contact information. Please make sure to provide us with any changes to your contact information. It is the client’s responsibility to keep track of appointments to avoid any penalty fees. Product Exchange Policy:
We strongly believe in the products we offer. Their quality and results are the main factors that determine their introduction to Salon 01. To extend our Salon 01 care, we like to make sure each product we recommend fits best for our clients’ lifestyle, look and needs. Our product exchange (no returns or refunds) policy provides 14 days (no execeptions), from day of purchase, to bring product back and exchange for another item (not for services).

Clothing or boutique items can also be exchange within 14 days of purchase, no exceptions. All product exchange must:
- Be accompanied by receipt of purchase.
- Have original tags attached. Clothing cannot be worn or washed.
- Not be previously worn, stained or washed as it will be not be eligible for exchange. Items damaged after purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Due to state sanitary regulations, we are unable to accept any brushes (makeup/hair) or opened makeup items for return or exchange.
- Due to tight regulations from our venders and strict policies, we cannot accept any item that does not meet these regulations. Unfortunately, we cannot take any items back beyond the 30 days as we have already extended the time frame allotted by our venders.

Adjustments:
Salon 01 wants you to always be happy with each and every one of your visits. In the event a client is not happy with a hair service, we will adjust the service to assure your complete satisfaction on the services asked for during consultation. We ask our clients to not hold back or be discourage to express desired look was not met, as we are an education based salon and believe every experience is an opportunity to improve. Our adjustment policy gives our clients 1 weeks, from the original date of visit, to come back in for a complementary adjustment with the stylist that provided the original service. We cannot honor complementary adjustments outside of the 2 week period.

Gratuity:
We understand the desire to leave a gratuity after your services. We accept gratuity via cash, venmo. personal check or on your credit/debit cards. For us at Salon 01, your satisfaction and referrals are appreciated equally, so sharing your experience on public review forums makes each of us just as happy. We also have an ATM available for convenience.
