Micki began her career in the beauty industry more than 20 years ago at Speedway Beauty Academy. When she opened Salon 01 in 1996, she dedicated herself to helping young professionals succeed in the industry. She excels in dimensional foiling and corrective color work and has been an educator for American Crew, Loreal, and Logics.A strong believer in education as a vital part of the business, she leads our salon’s creative team through education classes and seminars. Micki is a member of the Intercoiffurre and TSA and was a presenter at the Intercoiffure World Congress in Berlin. She looks forward to many successful years in the beauty industry.

Angel graduated from Pivot Point International and has had over 12 years experience in the beauty industry. She has since become our blonding expert. She is great at choosing the appropriate shades that enhance the natural hair color. She also is a favorite in up work and chemical relaxing. She is currently a level 4 stylist.

Jill has over 17 years experience in the beauty industry and has been on Micki's team from the beginning. Jill graduated from Amber's Beauty Academy and since then, she has become a strong colorist, excelling in the corrective color. Jill is currently a level 3 stylist.

Tessi is one of Salon 01’s senior stylists, with over 18 years of experience in the industry. Tessi has a strong passion for dimensional color and is one of our curly hair experts. Her ability to connect with her guests allows her to put personal touches on their style, which gives them an added confidence that comes with a customized look. As a level 4 Artistic Designer, she believes in educating her guests on the proper products and styling tips so they can recreate the look even after they leave her chair.

Jessica has more than 11 years of experience in the beauty industry. Since graduating from A Cut Above, she has taken pride in complementing a great haircut with the perfect color. She specializes in short, funky styles as well as multi-dimensional color, and has been trained in the new Keratin Complex smoothing system. Jessica is currently a level-3 stylist.

Molly began her career at the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis and has been in the beauty industry for more than eight years. She enjoys creating natural as well as bold looks and has had many advanced educational classes focusing on cutting and coloring techniques. Molly is currently a level-3 stylist.

Laura has been at Salon 01 since graduating from Kaye’s Beauty College several years ago. She has a strong foundation in chemical relaxing and loves utilizing the French Cutting technique. She is also a hair extension specialist with training in the Hairdreams and Great Lengths systems. Laura is a level-3 stylist.

Katie has been with Salon 01 for over five years but prior to joining our team she was an educator in the beauty industry for more than five years. She has trained under Vidal Sassoon, Vivienne MacKinder, Sam Brocato, and Jamison Shaw. She is now part of the educational team at Salon 01. She enjoys men’s cutting and creating dimensional color for women. Katie is currently a level-3 stylist.

Stephanie graduated from A Cut Above in 2004. She has become a strong asset to our Salon 01 family. Stephanie currently leads our bridal team, excelling in bridal and special occasion up-work. She prides herself on attentively listening to each guestÕs needs to help them create the look they desire. Stephanie is also trained in dimensional color and enjoys enhancing a medium to long haircut with proper highlights.

Angela graduated from Excel Academy in 2004. She is certified in French haircutting and loves working with curly hair and short, funky styles. Angela has also received extensive training by Sam Brocato, has been an educator for the Brocato brand and can serve as a complete image consultant. She enjoys taking time with guests, and educating them on the proper products needed to maintain their styles.

After Valerie graduated from Honors Beauty College, she came directly to Salon 01 to study in our apprenticeship program. She has shown amazing talent in creating overall looks for her clients, and excels in medium- to short-length haircuts with lots of texture and movement. She is also very strong at formulating colors to accentuate each haircut. Valerie is a level-2 stylist.

After attending Ball State University, Kelly graduated from Hair Fashions by Kaye Beauty College in Noblesville. She has been trained in French haircutting and enjoys creating dimensional color, up-dos and formal styles. She works closely with each of her guests, customizing a look that goes best with his or her personality. Kelly is currently a level 2 stylist.

Brandyn is a 2007 graduate of Hair Fashions by Kaye Beauty College. He excels in men’s work, multi-dimensional color and styling. Brandyn enjoys forming a bond with his guests and says his job is not complete until he has made someone feel as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside Brandyn is an educator for Gage For Men and is currently a level 2 stylist.

Ernst graduated from the Academy of Hair Design in 1987 and joined the Salon 01 team in 2009, bringing over 22 years of barbering and styling experience. He is an expert in men’s cutting and shaving (head and face), and also enjoys doing women’s shorter styles.

Norma graduated from beauty school in 2004. Since then she has taken many classes to continue her education and refine her skills as a men's cutting specialist. She has the ability to customize a men's haircut to fit the face shape and lifestyle of each of her clients. Norma's haircuts are currently $25.

Cristina began her career in the beauty industry after graduating from Hair Fashions by Kaye Beauty College. She is certified in French haricutting and is taking two classes from national educators at Jamison Shaw Hairdressers. She loves working with warm, rich colors and multi-dimensional blondes. Christina is currently a level one stylist.

Haley has been at Salon 01 for almost two years. She comes with an extensive background in make-up application with an eye for color and fashion. Haley loves working with multi-dimensional haircolor, up-do's and special occasion makeup. Haley is certified in French Cutting and is currently a New Talent Stylist.

Stephanie began her career at Salon 01 after graduating from the Aveda Fredric’s Institute in Indianapolis. She enjoys performing microdermabrasions and spa facials for her clients. Stephanie is trained in makeup application and does the majority of the bridal makeup and eyelash applications for Salon 01 guests.

Christi has been with Salon 01 for more than eight years. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from DePauw University and her MBA from Anderson University. Christi oversees many areas of the business, including operations, human resources, marketing and business development.

Stacy has been with Salon 01 for five years. She has coordinated hundreds of weddings at Salon 01. She enjoys working with the brides and customizing each experience to her exact specifications. StacyÕs attention to detail and excellent customer service make her the perfect bridal coordinator to help plan your beauty routine for your big day!

Michael has over 20 years experience as a certified massage therapist. Since 1985, Michael has progressively improved his massage therapy techniques and now possesses a powerful set of skills that allows his clients to proactively combat the physiological results of stress. Michael has also studied alternative holistic theories, expanding his knowledge on the human body and the power of touch. In other words, he bring a lot to the "table".

Joelle started her career by attending Hair Fashion by Kaye's beauty college in Noblesville. She has had extensive training in French Haircutting, and Keratin Complex and Brocato smoothing treatments. Joelle is also a member of our Dream Team, specializing in Hairdreams hair extensions. She specializes in longer hairstyles and enjoys working with her guests to achieve the look they desire.

Stephanie has grown her passion for being a stylist, becoming well-rounded in many techniques and skills. For the past year, Stephanie has been an active participant of Salon 01's educational program, taking classes in cutting and coloring, and has also been certified in the Keratin Complex Treatment and Hairdreams hair extensions. Stephanie is one of Salon 01's rising stars, and is now taking new guests in our New Talent Salon.

Kelly has been with Salon 01 for almost two years. She specializes in Microderm Abrasion, customized facials and bridal makeup applications. She has done the makeup for several Indianapolis Monthly photo shoots and she is also our Extreme Eyelash Extensions specialist.
