Online Booking Instructions

Please follow these steps if you are interested in utilizing our online booking feature:

1. If you have not yet done so, please call us and update your personal profile with your email address.
2. After you have provided your email address, we will issue you a password. After you log in the first time, you will be able to change your password. (See directions below.)
3. To log in:
   1. Click here to book your appointment online.
   2. Use your email address as your Login ID.
   3. Your password will be issued at the time you register.
4. Once you have logged in you can use the tabs to:
   1. See your history (My History).
   2. View future appointments you have already booked (My Appointments).
   3. Book future appointments following the step-by-step process (Book Appointments).
   4. See the description of services (Service Description).
   5. View our contact information (Contact Us).
   6. Update any of your personal information if you have moved, etc. (Change My Info.)
5. After you log in the first time, we suggest that you change your password.
   1. Click on the blue tab “Change My Info.”
   2. Scroll down to “Password.”
   3. Type in your new password.
   4. Confirm your password by retyping it.
   5. Click SAVE.
